Mr. Victor Bell, III currently holds the position of Associate Executive Director of Marketing for MetroPlus Health Plan, Inc. MetroPlus Health Plan, which began operations in 1985, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) providing health insurance to eligible people living in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. Mr. Bell started his career in the financial management industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer for JPMorgan Chase Bank, before moving to the health insurance industry where he has been for the last 9 years. During these years he has held the following titles; Sales Representative, Regional Sales Supervisor, Sr. Associate Director of Member Retention and Product Manager for MetroPlus’ New York State of Health Plans. Mr. Bell currently holds a BA, in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Finance and Banking from Lincoln University. He also holds a New York State Accident and Health License. Victor Bell has received several awards and recognition during his current venture in the healthcare industry such as President’s Club and several awards for outreach and initiative.
Victor Bell, III was recently recognized for his knowledge and experience by being promoted to the position of Associate Executive Director of Marketing and is responsible for leading a Sales force of over 200 people within Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. He works diligently to foster relationships with community leaders, city agencies, civic and community based organizations to promote health care options to NYC residents and to provide recognition of the MetroPlus name in the community.
